PEOPLE WHOM I LOVE

    I always have people whom i always be thankful with. It's either my parents or any other people. I have a family that i love with all of my heart. I have friends whom i enjoy being with. I am really grateful with the life that Allah has given me. Sometimes problems may happen, but it depends on how we will react to it. Problems make us appreciate our lifes even more. 

    I live with my parents, sisters, and my grandma. They are my closest people. I have parents who are lovely. They always teach me to be a good person, to be always grateful, and to be nice to other people. They give me so many advices that really useful in my daily life. Parents are people who will protect you no matter what. They work so hard, in order to take you for the better life. I really love my parents, i really do. There are no people in this entire world could replace their love for me. 

    I have been staying with my parents since i was a little. They have different personalities but somewhat they could make it into something that completes each other. I want to be success and make them proud of me. They are strong and do not give up easily over something good. I know everything they have done to me are the ways for me to be a better person.

    Thank you mom and dad for believing in me, taking care of me when i am sick, supporting me in every situations, and for always protecting me. I clearly know i can not repay all of their efforts with everything that i have, because they have sacrified many things for me. 

    I love my parents, even if the world againsted me i would be still loving you guys. It's beautiful life to have my parents by my side. They are good people with all they have. If i make a mistake, they forgive me with without saying it. Mom, dad i really want to make you proud someday, please wait patiently for the day to come. Don't worry too much, i just do not want you guys to be sad. Thank you for everything ypu have done for me. I love you mom, dad, i always do.

    I have three sisters. One older sister and two younger sisters. They all have their own characters. I would believe if someone said differences make it more interesting. It would be really lonely for me to live all alone by myself. I am so grateful to have such cute yet so annoying sisters. I love my sisters so much. I am willing to protect them with all of my heart. I did get mad at them sometimes, but we quickly made it up. 

    My grandma who is really understanding. In her age now, she could be really funny, that is why i really love her so much. My grandma is really a caring person. She would ask someone to call me if i went home late. We would also share some stories (but it is mostly my grandma who tell the stories tho), but still, it is really heart warming to just listen to it.

NATURE

Nature is one of the most important things is our life. We can't be separated from it. Nature holds so many importances, like oxygen which we use to breath. There are so many benefits we can use from nature, we have to be grateful as a human being who have been given a lot of advantages by nature. In order to pay back what nature has given to us, we have to protect our nature, we have to keep nature away from dangerous things.

As students, we can keep our nature protected by doing things that can make nature safe, as examples do not litter everywhere, keep our houses clean, reduce the air polution, using public transportation to go somewhere and many else. Nature in the past was so different with the one in the present. Back then, there were no many air polution and there was no traffic jam, people prefered to walk on foot to go to their destination to ride their own vehicles. Now, the temperature has changed, earth is hotter.

We have to protect our nature, so that we can use our nature wisely. Environment is one thing you can not escape from our daily activities. Environment is found everywhere, the environment also has given us many benefits, such as giving us food, oxygen, and more. Nature is a gift from Allah. We should always be thankful.  

Why do we have to keep the environment? Environment has given us a lot of benefits, and therefore we should keep the environment around us well. Do not have to do things that are difficult, safeguarding the environment can be started with little things. For example: a. stop littering. Many people consider it trivial, but if this is done continuously, it could harm our earth. b. Reduce the wearing of plastic. Plastic is a material that takes a long time in the process of decompose. When plastic is used continuously, the Earth will be filled with plastic waste, that is why we should reduce wearing plastics. 

A lot of people who do not yet understand of how important it is to protect the nature, therefore we as fellow human beings must participate to remind our brothers and sisters on the importance of the nature. 

As a student already our duty to keep the environment at the school. Comfortable and clean schools are admired by every citizen schools. A clean and comfortable atmosphere can cause the students can concentrate more to learn in school. It is not enough with just making our school free of trash, the school environment should also be able to provide a rich green plants, besides giving us a lot of oxygen, having a lot of trees can make our school look more beautiful.

MY LAST HOLIDAY

My holiday has been great for me. I spent my time to take a rest from everything, it is really good being at home, you can stay in your bed for long. When school time, i usually didn't get enough time to rest. So this is a good opportunity for me as a student. I was really happy when the holiday came because i could spend a lot of quality time with family. When i was home, i could give my body a rest from busy schedules.

Holiday came and i was so excited. The happiest time of me is when i could watch k-dramas with my sister. Actually when it's not holiday i barely played with my sisters, when we got home from school or course we always got tired, so we just talked a bit and then straight to sleep, but when holiday i could use my time with my sister a lot. It was so refreshing to play with your sister, maybe it's just little thing, but this litte thing really meant a lot to me.

Unfortunately, my parents were still working they still had to go to work. But it still made me happy though, i could help my mom and i could chat with my mom and my dad. Sometimes at night my father played guitar and my sister sing along with him, she has a good voice indeed. When it's sunday i could chat to my mother about everything that had happened for the past months, it was so good to have someone you can talk with about everything.

Don't forget about my lovely grandma. When i had nothing to do, i usually listened about story from my grandma, i really love listening to stories, and i thought my grandma was  the best person for it. Sometimes i heard about story when my grandma was still young it was so good, because sometimes all you had to do was listen. My grandma also loved to give me some advice. She was so nice and funny that's why i really love her.

I really loved staying at home and did the activities there, but there are some time when you got bored, i mean you could not stay at home for long and did the same thing ever again. So my family and went to Jakarta because of my sister's wish. It was a lot of fun, when  i was in the car with my family, and we could talk and laugh. The tiredness was just drifting away, it was so good because the load from my shoulder has been just lifted.

I really love my family and spending time with them was really could make me so happy, even it's just a little but it was really quality time for me. Sometimes you could ask for some breaks, it was really helpful. My advice is even if you were the bussiest person on the earth, you had to take maybe only a little time of you to spend with your family. Maybe it was not really mean for you but it could be mean a lot to other people.

PEPARNAS

Pekan National Paralympics or Weekend Paralimpik Indonesia (Peparnas) is a multi-sport competition that resembles the national sports week (PON) for athletes with disabilities in Indonesia. The difference in pounds and Peparnas lies in the Division of classes and technical match, where athletes are grouped based on his physical condition. Originally, Peparnas called the national Handicapped sports week (Porcanas), but the word ' disability ' is replaced with the word ' Paralympic Games ' as the development is happening in the organisation of the body of the constructor of the disabled Sports (BPOC) Indonesia.

 In Weekend National Paralympic Games XIV in Riau on 7-13 September 2012, there are 11 sports competition, namely: Athletics, Swimming, Volleyball, archery, Wheelchair Tennis, table tennis, badminton, Futsal, Bowling, chess and weight lifting with total medals contested reached 424 medals. Category type of disability that may be included are:  Tuna Netra, Tuna Daksha, Tuna Grahita, Deaf and speech impaired.

There are countless 13 Sport (cabor) with approximately 7000 athletes and 599 medals contested in the four-yearly event. As for the name of game, there are: Sitting Volleyball, chess, Goalball, football CP 5 slides, Wheelchair Tennis, table tennis, Tenpin Bowling, athletics, badminton, Judo, archery, Swimming, and weight lifting.

CAT

               Cats are very sensitive to sound, with a range of hearing both above and below the range of frequencies that can be detected by people. They can hear better than people and even better than most dogs. Feline hearing also acts as a direction finder, which is useful for hunting purposes. Cats generally turn their heads toward the direction of the sound while listening to pinpoint the location. The ear canal of cats is deeper and more tapered than in people. This deeper canal is subject to buildup of dirt and wax that can lead to inflammation and secondary infection, although to a lesser degree than in dogs.

              Cats do not rely as much on the sense of smell as some other animals. The sense of smell is less developed in cats than in dogs. Like people, cats are finicky about odors and try to cover disagreeable smells. Also like people, odor is an extremely important part of taste and enjoyment of food for cats. Cats that have lost their sense of smell due to illness (such as nasal or severe respiratory infection, nerve damage, or certain cancers) often stop eating completely.

             Most cats are excited by the smell of catnip, a plant that is a member of the mint family. However, not all cats react in the same way. Some become manic, others roll and purr, others are minimally affected. This herb is harmless and can be given to your cat either directly or as part of a catnip toy or ball.
             In relation to their body size, cats have the largest eyes of any mammal. Most cats do not have eyelashes. They see about 6 times better than a human at night, and need 1/6 the amount of light that a human does due to a layer of extra reflecting cells which absorb light. Recent studies have shown that cats can see blue and green, but there is disagreement as to whether they can see red. Protruding eyes give cats a wider angle of vision than we have. They also have great peripheral vision. That is why their field of vision is about 185 degrees. Both these adaptations are advantages to animals that are both predator and prey in the wild.
